| Upon
receipt, we sort, grade, and label the timbers for specific use.
Next, the timbers are carefully laid out and cut. All frames are pre-assembled in our
shop, ensuring ease of assembly on site and lasting quality.
We
use tools, such as a chain
mortiser and skill saws, to remove most of the material. Hand tools, such as chisels, slicks, and hand planes,
create the unique "hand-made" appearance and precise
joinery that define Beilfuss Timber Frames.
